Lubisi Consulting Engineers is a professional services firm, which provides Water Resources Engineering and Structural Engineering Services. The firm was founded in 2004 and has since its inception supported and provided services to government institutions and the private sector.
Lubisi Consulting passionately supports efforts to enable economic and social upliftment through the provision of its engineering expertise in delivering successful infrastructure projects. This has earned the firm a reputation amongst its clients and professional colleagues for always bringing innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Chalmers Pagiwa
Director
Chalmers Pagiwa founding member of Lubisi Consulting, is an engineer with 20 years’ experience that taught him the value between innovation and people performance. He holds a BSc Engineering Honours and a Master of Business Leadership degree which equipped him for a professional career in civil engineering related services and innovative business leadership. He started Lubisi Consulting, an innovative organisation that consistently draws young intellectuals into the consultancy where he facilitates the development of leaders in their fields throughout the organisation.
He has extensive experience in the implementation of varied infrastructure projects in both the government and private sectors.
Prior to founding Lubisi Consulting he worked for a multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm in Johannesburg as a senior design engineer. He has intimate knowledge on planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects. Previously he worked for 11 years
in government as a senior engineer responsible for planning and development of water infrastructure which included dams, bulk pipelines and irrigation schemes.
Chalmers Pagiwa does more than manage processes. He is a leader in this industry and leads with inspiration and motivation. He believes that nowadays, with infrastructure (technology, locations and even education) becoming commodities, the only way to differentiate from others is with your people and innovation. It is this leadership that is the determinant asset which defines this successful company.
